Hi there!
My name is Michelle Kim, and I’m a UX/UI designer based in Auckland, New Zealand. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, majoring in Industrial Product Design, from the University of Canterbury. I completed my studies in 2021 and graduated in 2022. I began my career in UX/UI design in November 2021 and have since been dedicated to crafting intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
Me as a person:
I see myself as a warm and bubbly individual who thrives on connecting with others. I’m driven by ambition and enjoy setting goals in everything I do, constantly challenging myself to refine and expand my abilities. Whether I’m focused on developing my professional expertise or enhancing my personal skills, I’m always eager to learn, grow, and embrace new opportunities for self-improvement.

What I am focusing on:
My goal as a designer is to continuously put a focus on users and customers to create seamless and intuitive designs in the market. I love working and understanding different people, co-creating with designers and effectively working in an organisation to help produce the best possible product or service. In a corporate structure, I understand that there are different areas of focus, including business, technical and user constraints, so my goal is to unify and cross-functionally work with these areas to create desirable products for my users.
